Brilliant service. I was in a bind and needed a courier immediately to collect and drop off an item or I'd have had 5 workmen stood. To top it off they didn't see it as an opportunity to overcharge me. Very impressed and wished they were based nearer to me as I'd use them alot. Would definitely recommend.

I wish all couriers were as amazing as Phoenix. There was an item that I needed and there was no room for error as the contents had become discontinued and hard to source. I thought it would be a simple delivery but as I contacted the place that had my item, they set up more and more hurdles. Phoenix flew over every hurdle with ease to get my delivery to me in my preferred way and with zero complaint. The cost was very reasonable for everything I was asking for.

They really took the time to get it right and exactly how I wanted it, no corners cut and my item arrived perfectly. I am a very happy customer and didn't realise that people like this existed in the courier industry. They do! Thank you so much - your help has given me more than you'll know!
